I love books, and I love to learn!
I also love being with young people, getting to know them, and helping them to find success and confidence.
I've studied many subjects in my life, and have always enjoyed opening my mind to new ideas. I am a graduate of Binghamton University (pre-med track, with a major in Judaic Studies), and went to UConn School of Medicine for two years, before deciding not to become a doctor after all. I've played piano my whole life, and taught piano as well. I've also studied French, and am a native, fluent Hebrew speaker. Math is one of my favorite subjects to teach, since I love solving puzzles and finding new ways to think about problems.
I've been a private tutor for five years, first through a tutoring company, and now independently. It's a lot of fun and a great challenge, rewarding in so many ways. I hope to meet you soon and would be happy to answer any of your questions.
